Registration guide

How to register your company on e-cargoo step by step, how colleagues join an existing company account, and what happens during verification.

Registering a new company

Start with the “Register” button at the top of the page. Registration has five parts.

On a phone the registration form is a single page: you fill in the same details there and press “Finish” at the end.

  1. Part 1: account and company basics

    1. Enter your e-mail address and press the button: we send you a verification code. If it does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder.
    2. Enter the verification code in the field provided.
    3. Enter a password, your name and your company's details.
    4. Select your company's country and the language of the application.
    5. Accept the Privacy Policy and the General Terms and Conditions.

  2. Part 2: personal and contact details

    1. Fill in your personal details and your contact details.
    2. At the bottom of the page, answer the questions about which of your contact details are shown to other users.
    3. Press “Continue”.

  3. Part 3: company details

    Fill in the required details of your company, then press “Continue”.

  4. Part 4: finishing the registration

    1. Enter the details still needed to complete the registration.
    2. To add a vehicle, use the + button.
    3. Press “Finish” to finalise the registration.

  5. Part 5: verification

    Once the registration is complete, our administrators verify the details you provided.

Joining your company as a new colleague

If your company is already registered on e-cargoo, do not register it again: join the existing company account instead.

  1. Ask a colleague whose registration has already been approved for the company code. They find it on the “Profile” page, in the “Company data” menu, under “Company code”.
  2. Press “Register” and complete Part 1 above.
  3. Fill in the details the system asks for, then tick “Join an already registered company”.
  4. Paste the company code into the “Company ID” field and press “Save”.
  5. Your registration is then complete: wait for the administrator's confirmation.

On a phone, choose that you are joining an existing company, enter the company code and press the join button.

Never share the company code with anyone outside your company. Give it only to colleagues who are registering.

Why we may ask for a €1 test transfer

The security of the website and its community is very important to us. If the administrator considers it justified during verification, they may ask the registering company for a small test bank transfer of €1.

This confirms that the registration was really started by an authorised employee of that company, and that nobody is misusing another business's name or details. It stops fraudsters and unauthorised persons from gaining access through false registrations.

The test transfer is not lost: if the registration succeeds, we deduct it from your first invoice; if the registration does not go ahead, we transfer it back to the bank account you provided.
