We look out for your business’s financial interests
The safety of our community is our top priority. If we receive multiple independent and substantiated complaints about a company’s payment practices, we investigate the matter and, where warranted, permanently revoke the company’s access to the platform.
One mistake or a minor payment delay does not automatically result in exclusion. However, we take firm action against companies that intentionally do not pay or repeatedly fail to meet their obligations.
We also check the owners of every company. If a person previously owned a company that was banned from the platform for non-payment, that person cannot register another company on the e-cargoo freight exchange.
