Can I use e-cargoo without my own vehicle fleet?

Yes, you can use the e-cargoo freight exchange without owning any vehicles.

What is the difference between vehicle space search and automatic matching?

Automatic matching uses artificial intelligence to find suitable available capacity for the load you have posted. You can view the suggested matches in the Matches menu. In the vehicle space search, you set the search criteria yourself, and the system filters vehicle space listings accordingly.

How can I submit and receive quotes?

You can submit a quote for any load or vehicle space listing, specifying the price, currency and validity period, and adding a comment. You can receive quotes from other users for your own listings. The Quotes menu lets you review all your received and sent quotes in one place.

How much does the e-cargoo freight exchange cost for freight forwarders?

You can find our current subscription fees in the Pricing menu. Choose a monthly, quarterly or annual subscription: longer subscription periods come with a lower monthly fee. Every plan allows you to register an unlimited number of users within your company. We have set our fees below those of our competitors to keep e-cargoo affordable for smaller companies and sole traders too.

How can I find a carrier for a specific route?

In Company Search, you can filter carriers by the routes they serve. Refine your search further by vehicle type, company size and registered office location, then contact your selected business partners directly to discuss their current capacity and transport terms.

Can I post a smaller load if I need a dedicated vehicle for it?

Yes. In your listing, you can specify that your goods must be transported exclusively as a full truckload (FTL), for example because of their high value. Both automatic matching and searches based on user-defined criteria take this into account: if you require a dedicated vehicle, your load will not be suggested to a carrier looking only for part loads. This helps reduce unnecessary enquiries.
